Central Northside Neighborhood Council — Served as development and planning consultant overseeing a comprehensive neighborhood planning process. Worked to develop program and financial plans for Garden Theater and other historic structures in the neighborhood.
Fourth River Development — Developed budgets and cash flow statements for for-sale housing developments in the Gulf Coast and Pittsburgh region.
General Hydrogen Corporation - Developed the financials and business plan to help client expand into other domestic markets. The plan included valuation work on potential acquisition targets.
Meridian Tutoring - Developed a business plan for test preparation for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). The plan helped the client examine required class size and contribution margin.
World Class Industrial Network — Developed financial projections and business plan for a new start-up organization known as eCap. The new company is an energy service company focused on addressing the energy needs of small and mid-sized non-profits and municipalities. Helped client successfully pitch the business plan to early stage investors.
Manchester Citizens Corporation — Hired to complete a neighborhood development plan focused on revitalizing vacant structures and lots. Prepared project budgets and proformas for the plan.
